Shani Dowd and Tyler Norris Rouse Crowd at 4th Annual Healthy Communities Conference

On June 7, 2010 at the Hoagland-Pincus Conference Center in Shrewsbury, MA, 174 community-minded folk from 43 cites and towns gathered to share and learn at the 4th Annual Healthy Communities Conference.
Winning the hearts and minds of participants, keynote speakers Shani Dowd and Tyler Norris explored the conference theme, Social Determinants of Health Equity: Community Solutions. One particpant described Shani's talk as "outstanding; new ways of thinking about health disparities." Tyler's talk was also met with enthusiam. One participant shared this reaction: "Excellent as always! Lots to share, given from the heart."
