MassForum for Creating Healthier Communities V This year's training series has ended! We will hold our graduation on June 18th. See announcement below for details. For information on joining our 2008-2009 class, please see our Brochure or choose one of the following links: Application for Community Teams 2nd Annual Healthy Communities Conference and Graduation On June 18th, 2008, we will host our second Healthy Communities "Action Into Policy" with special guest speakers, workshops and exhibits. The Tenth Annual Ounce of Prevention Conference The tenth annual prevention conference is the culmination of ten years of promoting prevention and healthy communities in Massachusetts. The goal is to build upon the 2003 New England Conference on Heath Disparities by addressing health disparities through building healthier communities for all.
