Welcome to the Massachusetts Partnership for Healthy Communities!
The MassPartnership works with you and your community leaders to:
– Stimulate collaboration among public health and community leaders to build a safer, healthier community
– Improve your community’s ability to implement changes
– Find new ways to help your community reach out to diverse populations
– Build on research, community wisdom, and experience to implement effective prevention strategies
Each year we hold the MassForum, a nine month training program designed to offer community teams and individuals a unique, extended opportunity to enhance skills, learn new strategies, and collaborate with other communities from across Massachusetts who are working to create healthier, safer communities. The MassForum is a combination of in-person and online training.
The MassPartnership is a program of Health Resources in Action (formerly The Medical Foundation) and is funded by the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
This website provides you with the information, resources, and tools to improve the health of your community.
